Sr. Technician (Mechanical)

Conduct daily pre-operational safety and functional checks, inspect safety locks, restraints, nuts, bolts, and critical ride structures to ensure safe operation.

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electric motors, gearboxes, shafts, sprockets, drive chains, bearings, wheels, and ride track alignment.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain pneumatic valves, air cylinders, solenoids, pressure regulators, braking systems, compressors, and compressed air lines.

Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic power units, pumps, manifolds, hoses, filters, directional control valves, and servo cylinders.

Perform structural welding, metal fabrication, bracket repairs, frame reinforcement, and safety fencing maintenance.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, systematic lubrication and greasing of bearings, gears, shafts, and pivot points to ensure reliable ride performance and minimize breakdowns.
