Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ · Minimum 15 Years' Experience in Controls & Instrumentation department of Combined cycle power plants of >200 MW.·
∎ Sound knowledge on combined cycle Plant C&I systems and leadership skills.·
∎ Commanding Knowledge and working skills on Gas Turbine controls GE Mark Vie and Emerson DCS systems.·
∎ Working Experience in implementation of CMMS systems like Maximo and SAP
∎ · Must be working as C&I Manager for 2+ years in Dual Fuel Combined Power PlantShould have through knowledge in Gas Turbine 6F03 model
∎ · Minimum 15 Years' Experience in Controls & Instrumentation department of Combined cycle power plants of >200 MW.·
∎ Sound knowledge on combined cycle Plant C&I systems and leadership skills.·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Implementing and maintaining IMS in the relevant areas·
∎ Develop PM schedule for Plant Equipment Instruments.·
∎ Ensure the PM jobs are done as per schedule.·
∎ Taking prompt repairs & breakdown maintenance of Instrumentation equipment.·
∎ Identifying the spares and ensuring they are available readily for· Instrumentation equipment.·
∎ Developing management programs meeting objectives for his areas.·
∎ Responsible for ensuring compliance to applicable Legal and other requirements.·
∎ Provide inputs for Preparing Budget.·
∎ Ensures implementation of Corrective and Preventive actions and tracking of non-conformities.·
∎ Mobilization of resources for carrying out the maintenance.· Impart inter departmental training.·
∎ Co-ordination with operations and other departments to achieve Department objectives.
