Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Automobile in Diploma in Mechanical, Power etc., Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ The candidate should have 4 years Diploma in Automobile/ Power/ Mechanical Engineering or B. Sc. Engineering in Mechanical in any public institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Operation & Maintenance, Service/ support
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Monitor overall zonal service activity.
∎ To ensure on time periodical service.
∎ Update customer database.
∎ To supervise workshop activity.
∎ Achievement of service income target.
∎ Achievement of spare parts target.
∎ Team management & skill development.
∎ Visit field frequently to ensure customer service as well as field forces satisfaction.
∎ To followup warranty given to customer and timely warranty claim.
∎ To followup on time service income deposit status.
∎ To find out area of development to increase service income & spare parts sales.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-10 years of practical experience in Automobile Industry (Tractor) is mandatory in any reputed organization.
∎ Agreed to work any where in Bangladesh.
∎ Visiting to customer point to make sure service and maintenance.
∎ Ability to work independently, self motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ Must have familiar with MS-Office operation.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Good communication skill with information and task monitoring.
∎ Willing to work in a team achieve together.
∎ Can do attitude.
