Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Explain imaging procedures.
∎ Properly position patients.
∎ Ensure comfort and safety.
∎ Coordinate with Radiologist & ensure report in time.
∎ Use X-ray machines for imaging.
∎ Follow specific imaging orders from physicians.
∎ Adjust settings for clear images.
∎ Take proper steps to maintain X-Ray machines.
∎ Follow radiation safety guidelines.
∎ Use protective gear, such as lead aprons.
∎ Produce high-quality images.
∎ Identify and fix any imaging issues.
∎ Conduct routine checks and maintenance.
∎ Report any technical problems.
∎ Keep detailed patient records.
∎ Archive imaging data correctly.
∎ Work with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
∎ Communicate patient needs and results effectively.
∎ Keep up with new radiologic techniques.
∎ Maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
∎ Follow hospital protocols and standards.
∎ Prepare Patients:
∎ Explain imaging procedures.
