∎ Age 22 to 36 years
∎ Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical industry / BE with 5 years’ experience.
∎ Working with foreign company in Bangladesh is a must. Strong on-hands capability
∎ Spoken and written English skill is required, Chinese will be plus.
∎ Able to lead whole workshop team in the future Integrity, open minded
∎ Over time working is required
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Technical knowledge: Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Problem-solving skills, Teamworking skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall lead and operate the belting workshop to fulfill the sales order.
∎ Provide onsite service if required by sales team.
∎ Have strong customer service mind set.
∎ Supervising of technical staff
∎ Managing budgets.
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
∎ Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
∎ An ability to work well under pressure.
