Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile Workshop Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor company All Car Equipment (Alignment, Balancing,Paint Booth, Forklift, Machine, etc.) operation and maintenance works.
∎ Fault finding and repairing of above mentioned equipment and Machineries in minimum time while breakdown.
∎ Exceptional people management skills, handling and motivating a team of technicians.
∎ Prepare the manpower planning to organize the maintenance work properly.
∎ Encouraging the team members with training and day to day discussions on:
∎ Car Working Problem of existing and new car service facilities.
∎ Forecasting preparing monthly planning for spare parts and follow up the inventory to avoid any delay of maintenance.
∎ Prepare requisition (Daily/Emergency)
∎ Follow up the stock list & fulfill the stock before safety stock nil.
∎ Close liaison with procurement and store department to ensure the receiving of quality product in time.
∎ Preparing the quality & performance report of all spare & consumables regularly.
∎ Follow up workshop or client to ensure the work done just in time.
∎ Perform any other task assign by management or HOD.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
