Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture in lieu of Diploma in Civil Technology/Architecture with 5 years working experience as Draftsmen/CAD Engineer/Designer

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the compliance with the WASH Standards.
∎ Assist the WASH Coordinator in their area to ensure an integrated package of services is being provided to all.
∎ Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates of the prioritized construction works.
∎ Conduct pre-feasibility and feasibility of the construction related works.
∎ Make sure that all required permits are ready and assist in preparation of technical estimates, design and resource management plan, prepare bid documents and support the programme team for the bid selection.
∎ Be responsible for feasibility survey, design, prepare estimation of quantities and cost detailed drawings and other necessary documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Adequate knowledge on structural & design software AutoCAD, EPANET, SketchUp , ArcGIS , ETABS. Essential
∎ Data analysis and management. Desirable
∎
∎ Ability to work in hard to reach and vulnerable communities. Essential
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali. Essential
∎ Ability to work in a team. Essential
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities. Desirable
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point. Desirable
∎ At least 5 years working experience in the design, drawing of structural project. Desirable
∎ 30% field visit in the working area is expected.
∎ Good working relationship among special projects in the working area.
∎ Quality service ensured to the project partners/community/local government.
∎ This role will work directly with the community in respective project and other stakeholders.
∎ Child and mother friendly environment exits in the project work places.
∎ Secured, safety, friendly and cooperative working environment among the team members.

Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
