∎ Experience in managing teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of products.
∎ Ensure that all pharmacy products are stored according to regulatory requirements and in a manner that maintains their quality and safety.
∎ Monitor inventory levels across divisions, ensuring that stock is appropriately allocated, rotated, and replenished as needed.
∎ Perform regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory records.
∎ Manage the timely replenishment of stock and ensure the availability of pharmacy products for smooth operation across the pharmacy shop chain.
∎ Oversee the order fulfillment process for pharmacy shops across the divisions, ensuring timely delivery and order accuracy.
∎ Collaborate with supply chain and pharmacy teams to ensure product availability based on demand forecasts.
∎ Monitor order status, handle backorders, and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of products.
∎ Track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure proper distribution channels are followed.
∎ Supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
∎ Train and develop warehouse staff to improve efficiency, safety protocols, and inventory management practices.
∎ Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure optimal team performance.
∎ Enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory standards within the warehouse environment.
∎ Ensure that all warehouse operations are aligned with the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
∎ Conduct safety training sessions for the warehouse team and ensure all safety protocols are followed to minimize accidents or injuries.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock movements, orders, and warehouse activities.
∎ Generate and present regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance to senior management.
∎ Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and recommend improvements.
