Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the order process, ensuring that wedding card orders are produced and delivered on schedule.
∎ Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure that customizations are executed as per client requests.
∎ Troubleshoot any delays or issues in production, providing timely solutions.
∎ Review all products before delivery to ensure the highest level of quality is maintained.
∎ Work with the production team to address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
∎ Ensure that client feedback is incorporated into production improvements when necessary.
∎ Address any client concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
∎ Managing Inventory at the warehouse & update the team on time.
∎ Job Nature: Full time (9am-7pm, including one hour lunch break)
