Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
∎ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, ideally in the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, MS Excel, or similar tools.
∎ Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
∎ Knowledge: Sound understanding of warehouse operations, stock management systems, supply chain processes, and transportation logistics.
∎ Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues proactively and propose effective solutions.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing stock, including HPL, Acrylic Sheets, Louvers, Aluminium Profiles, Liners, Boards, Artificial Grass, WPC, and raw materials like Gorjon Board, MDF Board, Marine Board, PVC Board, Glue, and Rubber.
∎ Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock. o Conduct regular stock audits and address discrepancies to ensure inventory records are accurate.
∎ Implement and maintain an efficient inventory tracking system (manual or digital) for optimal stock management.
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations across all three godowns to ensure the safe storage and proper organization of materials.
∎ Ensure that all warehouse staff follow safety and operational procedures, maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.
∎ Lead the training and development of warehouse and store staff, improving their productivity and operational effectiveness.
∎ Lead and manage the billing section to ensure accurate invoicing for all products and services.
∎ Ensure that billing is done promptly and accurately, with correct pricing and tax calculations.
∎ Work closely with the finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Oversee the entire delivery process, ensuring the correct products are dispatched on time.
∎ Manage transportation logistics, ensuring efficient routing, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery of goods to customers and other units.
∎ Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure accurate dispatch and safe handling of materials during transportation.
∎ Maintain relationships with transport vendors and negotiate pricing and terms to optimize transportation costs.
∎ Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast material requirements and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination between purchasing, production, and inventory management to prevent shortages or production delays.
∎ Work with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials are delivered on time and maintain strong supplier relationships.
∎ Oversee and manage the timely dispatch of products to customers, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment and reducing delivery errors.
∎ Ensure proper documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) is maintained for all dispatched items and goods received.
∎ Provide detailed inventory and sales reports to management on a regular basis.
∎ Analyze stock usage and order patterns to develop strategies that optimize inventory levels and reduce wastage.
∎ Address stock imbalances and propose solutions to improve inventory efficiency.
∎ Ensure all safety protocols and practices are strictly adhered to in the warehouse and go own areas.
∎ Conduct regular safety audits and ensure all warehouse staff are trained on safety regulations.
∎ Perform any other inventory-related or operational tasks as directed by management.
∎ Collaborate with various departments (sales, production, finance) to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
