Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies for warehouse optimization, focusing on improving operational efficiency, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Develop, maintain, and implement an efficient inventory management system that ensures the accurate issuance, organized storage, and thorough record-keeping of goods.
∎ Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations by overseeing the safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.
∎ Conduct periodic inventory audits of warehouse operations, systems, and documents to monitor performance and implement qualitative improvements within the warehouse team.
∎ Maintain effective communication with multiple stakeholders (Area Managers, Audit Team, Accounts, and HR Admin.
∎ Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential disruptions in warehouse operations and ensure the safety and security of warehouse inventory, systems, and structures.
∎ Responsible for submitting accurate reports on warehouse operations and recommending improvements to the management team.
