∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, Management Information System
∎ Training/Trade Course: Computer Training
∎ Skills Required: ERP Software handling, Good at Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory or Store or Warehouse, sales and Distribution, Warehouse and logist
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collection order from customers by Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
∎ Regular check the inventory of products and submit update inventory status
∎ Submit approved invoices to Accounts Department and record all documents.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery of NACL products to its customers
∎ Cross check sales/delivery invoice physically by rotation and submit report direct to the Head Office Accounts.
∎ Must visit Customer regularly.
∎ Ensure that inventory flow is maintained strictly following Batch Tracking and Fist in First out (FIFO) basis to ensure batch traceability.
∎ Prepare and submit all kinds of necessary report as per the management requirements.
∎ Any other task given by the management.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
