∎ · Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ · Candidates need to have experience in public/private hospital/clinic in related field.
∎ · Preference will be given to person served in CMH as Ward Master. (Educational qualification can be relaxed for the competent candidate).
∎ · Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivation skills.
∎ · Computer literacy/skill in working on MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Internet Browsing etc.
∎ · Proactive and poised under stress.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Ensuring supportive environment for quality hospital service delivery.
∎ · Attempt to resolve any problems encountered by incoming patients in hospital premises.
∎ · Ensuring hospital waste management and overall cleanliness of hospital premises.
∎ · Ensuring cleanliness of ward/cabin, ceilings, doors, windows, bedside lockers etc. in every shift of the hospital including washrooms.
∎ · Liaise with concerned departments including Public Works to maintain hospital building repair, maintenance and utility services.
∎ · Supervising sewerage and sewage works.· Conducting BCC and skill development activities.
∎ · Assist in assigned medicolegal work and liaise with police as required.
∎ · Preparation of duty roster for Class IV employees and ensuring their daily attendance and performance.
∎ · Perform other duties as assigned by superior authority from time to time.
∎ · Responsible for record keeping, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and liaising with higher authorities.
∎ · To ensure the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.
