Good communication skills in Bangla (basic English preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities & Context:
Greet and welcome guests/customer politely, ensuring excellent customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Prepare tables before service and clear them after guests leave.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
Assist in billing and POS operations if required.
Support supervisors and managers during busy hours or special events.
