Job Responsibilities:
∎ Skills on:
∎ VLSI Layout Design
∎ Place and Route
∎ RTL Verification
∎ Proficient on VLSI Tool: Cadence Virtuoso, Innovus, Encouter, NCVerilog or other
∎ Power Intent and Low Power Design: CPF/UPF (IEEE-1801), Clock Gating, Multi-Supply Voltage (MSV), MVT
∎ Timing Analysis (STA): Tempus (Cadence) and PrimeTime (Synopsys)
∎ Power, IR Drop and EM Analysis: Using Cadence Voltus, Voltus-Fi and EPS; Signal Integrity
∎ Physical Verification: Calibre and PVS; Extraction: Cadence QRC; Formal Verification: Conformal LEC
∎ Development of Timing Constraint File for Synthesis, Timing and Place and Route
∎ Managing Hardware/Chip and Software Design projects and Providing Technical Leadership
∎ Experience in Advanced Node and Mixed-signal Technologies ASIC Design: 7nm/10nm/16nm/32/28nm, TSMC 90nm, 0.13u, 0.18u, etc.
∎ Tool Expertise: Genus, Innovus, OrbitIo, Tempus, Modus, Conformal LEC, Voltus, DC, ICC, PT, Calibre, PVS
∎ Scripting: Perl, Python, TCL, and C-Shell
∎
