Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented, and detail-focused Visa Counselling Officer to provide professional visa consultation and guidance to prospective clients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' travel, study, work, or immigration goals, explaining visa requirements, assisting with documentation, and ensuring a smooth application process in accordance with the relevant embassy and immigration guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and documentation requirements.

• Provide accurate information about student, tourist, business, work, and other relevant visa categories.

• Assess clients' profiles and recommend suitable visa options based on their objectives and eligibility.

• Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and organizing visa application documents.

• Guide clients regarding embassy appointments, visa interviews, application fees, and processing timelines.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on application progress.

• Follow up with prospective clients, handle inquiries, and convert potential leads into clients.

• Maintain accurate client records, application files, and follow-up schedules.

• Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and immigration policy changes.

• Coordinate with internal teams, educational institutions, travel agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure professional client service while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
