Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attending online queries, phone calls, emails & chats.
∎ A Visa Expert Officer is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing visa applications for first-world countries tourist visa (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
∎ Carefully review and verify all client-submitted documents, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements of First World country visa applications.
∎ Selling International holiday packages & Visa.
∎ Helping clients with travel advice & information.
∎ Creating customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.
∎ Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
∎ Staying updated with industry trends, promotions and new travel products.
∎ Providing guidance to clients on travel-related matters like visas, insurance, and health requirements.
∎ Have to have Good commutation skills.
