Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSC, EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Mid-level VMware Engineering services that can be effective Deployment and different type of Support tasks.
∎ Plan and deploy with upgrades patching for VMware infrastructure i.e., ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, VROPs, VRA etc. with other related software.
∎ Deliver effective technical support to a wide array of customers in different verticals, remotely and onsite.
∎ Train customers on basic, advanced, and new capabilities.
∎ Perform professional services
∎ Prepare professional documentation such as SoW, Gantt Chart, UAT, UAF etc. of Project Work.
∎ Document troubleshooting guides, KBs and problem resolution steps.
∎ Validate a client’s request aligns with their purchased services.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum BSc in CSE/EEE
∎ VMware/ Virtualization, Server and Storage vendor Certifications Preferred.
∎ 2+ years virtualization experience, across multiple vendor and technologies.
∎ In-depth understanding of Server, Storage, and Virtualization architecture design techniques, theories, principles, and practices.
∎ Solid experience in implementing Virtualization, Server and Storage systems within a broad spectrum of technologies.
