Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Virtual Assistant needed for American Real Estate Investment Company in Texas.
∎ About the job:
∎ This is a work-from-home opportunity with flexible hours
∎ Job requires candidate to handle sensitive data. Applicant must come highly recommended
∎ Candidate will be working independently with little or no supervision
∎ Selected candidate will have a paid training period
∎ Working hours will be very limited initially, and gradually grow
∎ Must undergo interview process

∎ Comprehend and implement assigned tasks efficiently
∎ Be willing to learn new and, in some cases, "un-learn" old and traditional ways

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enhance marketing and generate sales via face book.
∎ Create new videos and upload on YouTube
∎ Create / maintain listings on AirBnB and other Short Term Rentals (STR) sites
∎ Handle guest related issues, schedule repairs / maintenance
∎ Welcome guests at check-in and follow-up throughout their stay
∎ Schedule and verify clean-up after each stay
∎ Maintain calendars for multiple accounts on all STR platforms
∎ Maintain creative pricing for each calendar
∎ Send reminders to tenants each month, ensure all rents are collected
∎ Follow-up with defaulting tenants and maintain accounts
∎ Ensure all insurance and mortgage payments are paid each month
∎ Be available to meet via Google Meet or Zoom several times each week

Additional Requirements:
∎ Be fluent in spoken and written English
∎ Have his/her own working PC / laptop
∎ Be modern-day computer savvy
∎ Be well versed in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
∎ Have high speed internet connectivity
∎ Be well versed with browsers and online platforms
∎ Be creative and provide / suggest innovative ideas
∎ Be proficient in online marketing tools and social media
∎ Knowledge or familiarity with American culture and lifestyle is preferred
