Job Context:
∎ C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. (Feed Mill Unit-5) is subsidiary concern of C.P. Group of Thailand.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the Feed Mill Unit-5
∎ Manage the total Feed Mill Operation
∎ Create new analysis for Feed Production
∎ Maintain the Feed quality ensuring the raw material
∎ Manage Sales team to achieve the targeted volume of sales
∎ Maintain proper channel of raw materials that are used for production
∎ Ensure smooth delivery system of feed from Feed-mill or Hatchery.
∎ Monitoring on time payment by the dealers;
∎ Frequently communicate with dealers for reducing dues.
∎ Provide technical support to feed process
∎ Give technical direction to production & Sales people
∎ Searching and expansion of new markets
∎ Follow-up daily sales and report to BU Head for present situation;
∎ Frequent market survey and report to President
∎ Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the position.
