∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Telecommunication, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with local telecom operators' (GrameenPhone, Robi Axiata, Balglalink and Teletalk) IT teams on implementation and technical support activities of the existing and new projects.
∎ Being in charge of communication between the company and local MNOs.
∎ Maintaining our internal IT systems and platforms (requires understanding of Linux +voice/sms/data protocols).
∎ Helping our main IT team (based overseas) to meet and exceed clients' need.
∎ Installing Hardware and Software.
∎ Other duties assigned by the Manager.
∎ Collaborating with the HQ and local telecom operators IT teams.
∎ Installing Hardware and Software.
∎ Helping our main IT team (based in Russia) of local clients' needs.
∎ Being in charge of communication between JC and Robi IT teams.
∎ Platform support requires understanding of Linux + voice/sms/data protocols.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Minimum of 4 years' experience in related field.
∎ Knowledge of telecommunication protocols (SS7 stack, SMPP etc.)
∎ Awareness of how modern integration protocols work. Should know how JSON/XML, Web Services, EJB work.
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure.
∎ Proactive approach.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Ability to create a performance oriented team environment.
∎ Customer oriented.
∎ Experience in the following area(s) will be added advantage: NOC/SOC, Telco Operations and Maintenance.
Salary: Negotiable
