∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputed university.

∎ 2-3 years practical experience in any reputed pharmaceuticals will get an added advantage.
∎ Must have good communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle critical situation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate and calibrate the equipment and procedures used in development and production facilities and ensure all systems are running according to necessary specifications and operate within regulations to ensure the production of quality products.
∎ Establish validation standards, develop testing protocols, prepare equipment, document test results and maintain records for later analysis.
∎ Coordinate with other personnel within the team or departments who will be affected by testing.
∎ Perform field verification activities on facility utilities and equipment under the direction of approved testing protocols.
∎ Continuously evaluate all associated Standard Operating Procedures, engineering drawings, and various other controlled documentation for accuracy and applicability, and make improvements based on best practices.
∎ Compose reports and make adjustments to equipment or processes that require improvement. Decide if equipment needs to be repaired or entirely replaced.
∎ Execution of preventative maintenance, maintenance of testing equipment and overseeing the inventory of validation supplies.
