∎ Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in GIS, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,North South University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), 3D CAD, 3D Media (3D Studio Max), 3DS MAX
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Proven experience in urban programing, planning, development or poverty issues and capable in managing and facilitating knowledge exchange between internal and external practitioners.
∎ Good Team Leadership and facilitation skills for effective reporting, assessment, evaluations, communications, reviews, documentation and knowledge management.
∎ Demonstrated experience in program or project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
∎ Ability to build and strengthen partnerships and networks and collaborative relationship and partnership with UN Organizations, NGOs/INGOs, Urban Developers, Local Government Officials, Municipalities,
∎ Other Public and Private Organizations, Academic Institutes, Urban Development Staff from NO/RFO/DDP, Urban CBO/Committees.
∎ Ability in leading the development and operationalization of urban strategies and initiatives at RFO aligned with WVB Strategies also willing to build internal urban programming capacity,
∎ Skilled in the development and implementation of current and new urban programming resources, tool, and strategies.
∎ Understand and knows sourcing, sustainable funding and donor opportunities to support urban programming.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This job generally requires the ability to do the following work:
∎ Prepare plans and studies
∎ Conduct inspections
∎ Prepare site approval documents
∎ Coordinate with other local governments
∎ Create and interpret maps and diagrams
∎ Meet with public officials and the public regarding development plans and land use
∎ Recommend approval or denial of proposals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
