Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and lead a team of insurance company Maintain compliance with insurance laws and regulations.
∎ Develop strategies to meet business objectives and goals Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
∎ Keep ready a very motivated field workforce to ensure monthly Premium target.
∎ Smooth fund mobilization by banking and online channel.
∎ Ensure administrative formalities to support for all policy holders including their expectation and claim.
∎ Provide necessary training to the workforces with rotational field visit
∎ Habitude to use modern gadget including all internet feature
