Role overview
DigiProd Pass Ltd is hiring a UI/UX Engineer for our Implementation Services team. You will design and build the screens our customers and their own customers see: branded passport pages, customer portals and dashboards built on the platform's APIs and theming options. You will do both the design and the front-end code.
About DigiProd Pass Ltd. We are a Digital Product Passport (DPP) software company, part of TVS Group. Our platform helps manufacturers create, manage and share the product data that EU regulation, including the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), increasingly requires. Our engineering team is based in Bangladesh. The Implementation Services team turns each new customer into a live deployment: configuring, integrating and extending the platform to fit their products and systems. We work through the platform's APIs and configuration options, and we do not change the core product, which our product engineering teams own.
What you will do
•Design and build customer-branded passport experiences, which people usually reach by scanning a QR code on a phone. Use the platform's theming and configuration options and its APIs.
•Design and build customer portals and dashboards on the platform's APIs when the standard screens do not meet a customer's need.
•Turn requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes, test them with customers or internal users, and refine them.
•Build in React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, the same technologies as our Next.js frontend, so your work fits the platform.
•Keep every screen consistent with our design system, and propose new components to the product team when a pattern is missing.
•Make interfaces accessible (WCAG 2.2 AA), fast, responsive and ready for several EU languages.
•Write short design notes and acceptance criteria so QA can check what you built.
•Record UI gaps and feature requests for the product engineering teams, with the customer need explained.
What you need
•At least 3 years in UI/UX design and front-end development, shown by a portfolio of shipped work. Please include links or screenshots.
•Strong React and TypeScript, and experience with Tailwind CSS.
•Skill with Figma or a similar design tool, from wireframe to high-fidelity prototype.
•Practical knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive, mobile-first design.
•Experience working from a design system and keeping interfaces consistent.
•Experience calling REST APIs from a front end.
•Ability to explain design choices, take feedback and test ideas with real users.
•Clear written and spoken English.
