Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 34 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of the local market in the assigned territory.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks.

• Good communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare sales reports.

• Motorcycle-riding experience and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for bakery products.

• Develop and implement effective territory-wise sales plans and strategies.

• Expand and manage distributor, dealer, retailer, wholesale and institutional customer networks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail outlets, supermarkets and key accounts.

• Ensure product availability, market coverage, merchandising and visibility at retail outlets.

• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

• Monitor sales performance, market demand, stock availability, product returns and expiry issues.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain effective credit control.

• Prepare sales forecasts, territory performance reports and market feedback for management.

• Coordinate with the supply chain, distribution and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.

• Identify opportunities to increase market penetration, distribution efficiency, and sales growth.
