∎ Training/Trade Course: Sabre,amadeus,Training in tourism institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The chosen candidate should be able to perform the following tasks:
∎ Understand customer requirement for holiday packages.
∎ Advice customers on their tour.
∎ Plan and suggest tour itineraries.
∎ Handle queries for group tours.
∎ Customize holiday packages according to customer requirements.
∎ Make ready packages.
∎ Handle Umrah and Hajj customers.
∎ Arrange hotel reservations, car rentals, sightseeing, activities etc.
∎ Upload holiday packages on the website, Social media etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: GDS, Hajj Package, Holiday Packages, hotel booking, Umrah Package
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Hajj and Umrah Package, Managing inbound and outbound tourists, online travel agency, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator, Travel Agent
∎ Candidates must have the following experience/ capabilites:
∎ Have worked in a reputed travel and tour company.
∎ Have experience in arranging Umrah and Hajj packages.
∎ Have experience in arranging holiday packages.
∎ Have experience in handling large group travels.
∎ Have experience in handling inbound tourism (Within Bangladesh)
∎ Have knowledge about destinations of the world.
∎ Have experience in hotel reservation.
∎ Have knowledge in responding to customers via email chat and social media posts.
∎ Have knowledge in GDS (Sabre , Amadeus)
∎ Have knowledge about visa requirements of different countries.
∎ Have experience in taking groups in their tour to different countries.

Salary: Negotiable
