∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations and manage the travel team
∎ Handle work visas, student visas, and other travel documents
∎ Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related issues
∎ Develop business strategies to increase sales and client base
∎ Lead and motivate teams across multiple branches.
∎ Build strong client relationships and ensure top-notch service.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with airlines, embassies, and corporate clients
∎ Ensure compliance with travel regulations and industry standards
∎ Implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
