Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline/ Automobile Engineering. Diploma/HSC may be acceptable if the candidate have good experience in relevant field.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• The applicant should have experience in operation & maintenance areas & expertise in ensuring maintenance/operation of a good number of transport.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Sound knowledge in MS Office package.

• Prepare daily transport schedule for pickup and drop of staff.

• Planning and controlling transports movement.

• Checking daily transport movement log sheets and log book and monitor transport movement through GPRS.

• To prepare & implement transport policy for smooth operations & controlling of all vehicles in the organization.

• To ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.

• To ensure proper maintenance and servicing schedule of the vehicles.

• Prepare work schedule for repairing and maintenance of the vehicle.

• Keep records/ history of drivers and incidents/accidents (if any).

• To ensure the schedule checking of vehicle, spare parts & Testing both before and after repairing.

• Ensure the requisite documentation always update of transports.

• Maintain a database of company vehicles (i.e. registration number, registration date, configuration of vehicle, tax token, fitness update, route permit renewal date, name of user, type of fuel, name of the driver & driver's licenses number etc.)

• Maintain daily fuel consumption corresponding with miles and according monthly fuel consumption report.

• Must have vast knowledge about vehicle maintenance & ensuring log book, fuel consumption etc.

• Any other task as per departmental requirement as and when required.
