Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Timely availability of Transport as per requisition from the department(s) & official(s)
∎ Prepare & assign duty & roaster schedule of the driver.
∎ Supervise & check logbooks, fuel consumption, and routine maintenance of all the vehicles.
∎ Create awareness among the drivers about road safety and security, change of concerning laws/traffic rules, etc. as and when required.
∎ Prepare and present the report on the fuel consumption/maintenance costs, accident report for management us
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by top Management & Head of Administration.
