Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with local transport agencies for delivery arrangements.
∎ Finalize and agree on terms and conditions with a selected transport agency.
∎ Route and track vehicles to their delivery points.
∎ Investigate and resolve claims and issues from both the transport agency and clients.
∎ Analyze total expenditures for rented transports.
∎ Coordinate and schedule deliveries and transports according to the Marketing team's requirements.
∎ Manage relationships with transportation service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels.
