Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineering in Auto Mobile or Mechanic Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To co-ordinate with drivers for operation.
∎ To monitors driver's duty.
∎ To check vehicle tracking report and issue fuel as per requirement.
∎ To check vehicle wise trip and allowance as per policy.
∎ Attend vehicle accidental cases & mitigate the problem if there is any.
∎ Manage vehicle accidental issues.
∎ Keeping records of vehicle-related documents like registration, route permit, tax token, insurance, etc.
∎ Coordinate vehicle repair & maintenance activities.
∎ Coordinate the other departments & maintain good relationships with local Govt. Agencies.
∎ Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate the operations and budget of transportation departments
∎ Responsible for overall coordination in handling and managing transport operations
∎ Constantly keeps update of vehicle documents (tax token, fitness, insurance etc) and take necessary steps of new vehicle registration.
∎ Prepare and follow up of preventive maintenance schedule for all the vehicles of the company.
∎ Keep records of all repair & maintenance work in vehicle log book and vehicle maintenance record in a systematic manner.
∎ Strictly maintain fuel consumption ratio and ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked on regular basis.
∎ Monitor and control transportation expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and driver wages.
∎ Provide Daily Delivery Route Schedule Report.
∎ Collaborating with all plant to develop plans for transporting on time.
∎ Prepare and submit report to the Management when required.
