Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a MBBS medical degree and post-graduation in public health from a reputed medical/university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare training purchase requests and granting all needed approvals before sharing it with relative PR department, In coordination with Project officers,
∎ Coordinate with different departments and field coordinators to ensure that trainings are implemented smoothly and in timely manner.
∎ Coordinate with project officers to establish training plan and follow up the implementation of the plan.
∎ Coordinate with Advisory department to review the planned trainings with regards to their topics, target groups and trainers.
∎ Prepare training reports for all trainings implemented and providing suggestions to improve quality and effectiveness of trainings.
∎ Ensure the implementation of the training feedback system for further improvement of content and training mechanism.
∎ Liaise with training providers, partners and stakeholders to ensure coordination, good quality of the training content, and successful delivery of the training.
∎ Ensure collecting the training documents including pre-tests, post-tests, training evaluation, attendance sheet etc.
∎ Promote and model a positive, professional and respectful office culture.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a minimum twelve (12) years of experience working in medical sector.
∎ Experience in health call center

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
∎ Experience of working in a multidisciplinary, multi-cultural team.
∎ Ability to motivate and support team in stressful situations.
∎ Work in compliance with all medical policies.
∎ Tech-savvy.
∎ Must be flexible in Roster.
