Job Context:
∎ Shakti Foundation for Disadvantaged Woman, a large well-reputed Micro finance organization, involved in implementing health program throughout the country, wishes to recruit the following position. The company seeks a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to reach the goal of Shakti Foundation.
∎ The Position will be based in Dhaka and working areas will be around Branches of Shakti Foundation all over Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will work in SMCC health team and will be responsible for capacity development of SMCC's service providers through skill-based training on ESP services including ANC, PNC, child health, nutrition and non-communicable diseases specially DM, HTN.
∎ The incumbent should have experience in facilitating different health or family planning related training sessions at the field level.
∎ S/ he will maintain good coordination with public, private and NGO sector. S/ he will ensure that latest clinical guideline and standards are followed in all technical areas. The incumbent will utilize training team members efficiently in different activities to conduct training programs.
∎ S/he needs extensive travel within the country for at least 70% of time for facilitating training sessions outside base station.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 4 years' working experience in health-related programs or clinical course like Paramedical/ Medical Assistant course. Experience in conducting health and family planning related training specially IUD/Implant, on-site coaching/orientation to improve quality of service provider will be preferred.
∎ Candidates having skills in designing and developing training curriculum on different health and family planning related issues will be preferred.
∎ Should have good training facilitation skills and communication skills in English and Bangla both in speaking and writing.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office application suite.
∎ Female are encouraged to apply.
