Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide competency-based training and assist with any required skills development of the district level family planning trainers
∎ Facilitate trainers at institutes of NIPORT and DGFP at districts level for conduction of training
∎ Follow-up of trainers using digital checklist
∎ Participate in designing and implementation of different assessments on Family Planning
∎ Support trainers of NIPORT and DGFP to implement their training plans
∎ Assist in capacity building of NIPORT, DGFP, DGNM and DGHS trainers to implement updated curriculum, manuals, methods etc.
∎ Support and document learnings/ best practices from the project's implementation science and learning labs
∎ Provide technical support for training management system at training institutes
∎ Support in advocating, orientation and piloting of FP Certification at district level
∎ Organizing training, meetings and workshops at districts and divisional level
∎ Coordination amongst Shukhi Jibon staff, the district government officials and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Fulfill all reporting requirements from district to project head office
∎ Any other assigned duties

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years experience working in the district level health system preferably on family planning is required
∎ Experience in working with officials at NIPORT, DGFP and DGHS facilities at district/divisional level is required
∎ Proven ability to effectively work with Government officials at district and divisional level relevant to family planning services
∎ Preferably from the respective districts (Dhaka and Cumilla)
∎ Excellent writing skills in Bengali and English
∎ Oral and written communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (with Bengali typing skills).
∎ Willingness to travel within the respective division and to head office periodically
