Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing and conducting diversified Training Programs with a focus on Customer Service Skills and Basic IT Skills.
∎ Management of all kinds of records in connection with Trainees and Training materials, project requirements, book keeping.
∎ Oversight of responsible batch of trainees, including activities, attendance and follow up counseling, mentoring and monitoring (as required).
∎ Assimilation of provided Training Materials and creation/expansion of Training Materials into flexible and engaging lessons.
∎ Creation and management of Training Calendar.
∎ Coordination with team members to produce materials/documents, as required internally and with external parties in relevance with the Training and project requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance with statutory and project requirements, in terms of the training and development programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) of experience (3 years in BPO firms and at least 2 years as a Trainer for Customer Service skills)
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent fluency in Verbal and Written forms of English.
∎ Must have the ability to engage their audience (trainees) into a coherent and productive training atmosphere.
∎ Must have strong experience in working in all aspects of Training and Trainee Management.
∎ Must be well versed in all kinds of documentation required in connection with Trainee and Training records.
∎ Must possess exemplary Trainer skills, such as discipline and patience, the ability to observe and counsel Trainees.
∎ Must be flexible to work under pressure and with little to no supervision.
∎ Must be well versed in advanced usage of Microsoft Office apps like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Must have a good typing speed (minimum 40wpm).
