Responsibilities & Context:
1. IELTS Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive and outcome-driven IELTS preparation classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
Evaluate mock tests, provide constructive feedback, and guide students to achieve target band scores.
Develop customized lesson plans and test-taking strategies for diverse learning levels.
Requirements:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in English or any related discipline.
Official IELTS overall score of 7.5 or higher (or proven equivalent expertise).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IELTS coaching.
2. Adult / General Spoken English Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging spoken English sessions focusing on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary building.
Design communicative activities, role-plays, and group discussions to remove speaking hesitation.
Assess learners' progress regularly and offer personalized guidance.
Requirements:
Excellent command over conversational English with neutral accent and strong interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in teaching spoken English or corporate communication training.
3. Kids Spoken English Trainer (Female: With Video Content Creation)
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English to young learners using play-based, visual, and activity-oriented teaching techniques.
Create a friendly, fun, and highly engaging classroom environment that encourages kids to speak confidently.
Video Content Creation (Mandatory): Actively feature in and record educational, interactive, and promotional video content with kids for the company's official Facebook page, YouTube channel, and social media platforms.
Use stories, rhymes, flashcards, and audio-visual tools during lessons and video recordings.
Requirements:
Patient, friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality with high enthusiasm for working with children.
Camera-friendly and confident: Must be comfortable appearing in front of the camera and presenting video content naturally.
Strong verbal communication skills in English with a natural and interactive delivery style.
Prior experience in teaching kids, early-childhood education, or content creation/hosting is a major plus.
4. Art & Craft Trainer (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct creative Art & Craft classes (drawing, painting, origami, DIY projects, etc.) for children.
Foster creativity, fine motor skills, and artistic expression through hands-on guidance.
Plan age-appropriate art projects and assist in organizing exhibitions or showcases.
Requirements:
Educational background or professional diploma/training in Fine Arts or Crafting.
Strong portfolio of artwork and prior experience working with children.
5. Junior Math Olympiad Trainer (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
Teach problem-solving techniques, logical reasoning, and mathematical concepts tailored for Math Olympiad competitions.
Help young students develop critical thinking and analytical skills beyond traditional school curricula.
Prepare students for local and national mathematical competitions.
Requirements:
Strong background in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or related fields.
Previous experience with Math Olympiad (as a contestant or trainer/mentor) is highly preferred.
