Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical in Electrical Electronic Engineering
∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with well academic background from government Polytechnic Institute only.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervision of all electromechanical Implementation and maintenance work of residential and commercial buildings.
∎ Must be practical experience in Installation, testing, and commissioning work of electromechanical equipment (Substation, Diesel Generator, Elevator, Escalator, Air Conditioner, Geyser, Water Pump, Solar System, etc.)
∎ Good working knowledge of AutoCAD software.
∎ Knowledge of electrical drawing & design of commercial and residential high-rise buildings.
∎ Must be handling capability of Contractor, Supplier, and Technicians.
∎ To be prepared and maintain documentation work (Bill, Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register).
∎ Effective communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
∎ To liaison with various offices (DESCO, DPDC, BREB, WASA, DCC) for related work.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for emergency situations.
∎ Any Other's duties as when order by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command of English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc.)

Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
