Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical or EEE from any renowned educational institution.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking up the responsibility to maintain and after sales service of various printing & packaging related capital machineries.
∎ Installation, maintenance, trouble shooting, routine visit of digital printing machineries sold by the company all over Bangladesh.
∎ Respond to customer's complaints and inquiries.
∎ To ensure customers support within shortest possible time.
∎ Handover the defected spare parts and follow up for replacement.
∎ Update and store all service documents, file, manual, installation software, users guide and others if necessary.
∎ Ensure that all communication and servicing are handled within the required time frame and to the company's standard.
∎ Reporting to top management with daily update on work progress.
∎ Any other job assigned by higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher are specially encouraged to apply.
∎ Good command in verbal and written English. Through knowledge on Computer, Email, Internet required.
∎ Those having motor cycle with valid license and permanent resident of Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gazipur & Savar would be given preference.
