Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Architecture, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, Drawing, Interior decorator Designing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, CAD Operator, Drawing, Interior decorator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Architecture Firm, Furniture Manufacturer
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit the project site or customer's point to collect the required data. Ensure that the measurers are taking accurate measurements
∎ Prepare Lay-Out/Site drawing in Sketch Up/AutoCAD
∎ To estimate the total material requirement of the projects and assess the item-wise cost involvement on the basis of interior drawing and specifications provided by the design unit.
∎ Preparing quotation, budget & schedule for interior/exterior for different type of project.
∎ Prepare work schedule and capable to monitor it.
∎ Should have the practical knowledge of interior construction and material.
∎ Must be skilled in Site supervision
∎ Technical report present and monitoring of on going project
∎ Maintain a data bank on the material sourcing along with price.
∎ Work at different projects under the supervision of reporting/assigned supervisor.
∎ To work closely with design team and understand the interior drawing of different project
∎ To assess and list out the required materials, manpower and man-hour to complete a project according to specification and the design demands.
