Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending the formal training provided by the organization, noting down the instructions given while training, understanding the organization's goals and objectives, understanding the organization's expectations from you as an executive.
∎ Working in multiple departments on a rotational basis, understanding the work aspect, pattern of work and intricacies of work involved in each department and prepare for working in any department to adopt the best career path
∎ Working with both the junior and senior level employees of various departments in order to gain required knowledge, skills and expertise understanding all the related works and procedures of execution of those works
∎ Undertaking the Project Management of the company and get practical knowledge onproject work-force, required materials flow pattern, productivity and efficiency of work-force, etc and thus to gain in-depth knowledge about project administration and management.
