Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in civil/Electrical engineering from any reputed Govt. Institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure top supervision & Project progress as per work schedule.
∎ Ensure quality of work & material at every phase of construction by maintaining appropriate procedures.
∎ Study all drawing and Maintaining work accordingly.
∎ Responsible for taking measurement of all work and recording in MBs.
∎ Responsible for checking sub-contractor bill.
∎ Ensure safety & security
∎ Ensure quality of Work and construction materials.
∎ Any other works assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Must have literacy in computer, e-mail and software uses.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintaining deadlines.
∎ Well organized and a good team player.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Must have knowledge of various construction work such pilings, land development, factory building & finishing.
∎ Must be Sincere, dedicated, target oriented & honest
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ English Proficiency
∎ Skill required: Auto-cad, Estimation & Construction.
