Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on productivity and system efficiency improvement by ensuring maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials, methods, money, time and information.
∎ Do daily operational review, process analysis and execute improvement activities and Coordinate with Supply Chain, Factory, Distribution and Sales & Marketing for smooth product flow and customer.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.
∎ Develops management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage & salary administration and job evaluation.
∎ Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.
∎ Develops management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.
∎ Designs control systems to coordinate activities and production planning in order to ensure that products meet quality standards.
∎ Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
∎ Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
∎ Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Any task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Great Communication and Observation Skill
∎ Fluent and moderate free hand writing in English
∎ Soft Skill- Industries, Positive attitude, Self-starter, Willingness to learn, Active Listener and analytical & Critical thinking skill
