Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machineries, including weaving, dyeing, and finishing machineries.
∎ Provide support in identifying and resolving mechanical issues through Monitoring machine performance.
∎ Assist in identifying and implementing energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions for mechanical operations.
∎ Assist seniors in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and best practices.
∎ Participate in routine inspections.
∎ Be responsible for the documentation of maintenance activities, including reports on breakdowns, and maintenance.
∎ Assists in ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
∎ Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure optimal machinery functions.
∎ Follow company policies and safety protocols.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Trainee Engineer/ Engineer (Mechanical)” in Maintenance Department of our Paramount Textile PLC Factory which is situated at Gilarchala, Sreepur, Gazipur. It’s a sister concern of Paramount Group.
∎ Job Responsibilities
