∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, LUMION, SketchUp, VRAY

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture, Furniture and Interior, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design preparation and drawings of Architectural and interior project implementation including space planning, RAJUK drawings, proposal drawings, working drawings and 3D perspective for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
∎ Must be able to do 3D modeling and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray and Lumion.
∎ Preparation of Technical presentation and financial bid proposal as per client requirement.
∎ Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle team.
∎ Problem-solving and Decision-making person with excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ We are interior based firm, So must have knowledge in this field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-5 years practical experience of Architectural and Interior design drawings with AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay and Lumion.
∎ Only Sincere, Honest, Hardworking person who would have commitment of regular attendance at office should apply.
∎ Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
