Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Diploma in Electrical from govt. polytechnic institute will added an extra preference.
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation and Maintenance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Computer skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & develop electrical systems & equipment.
∎ Conduct regular inspections & maintenance of machinery, equipment & systems.
∎ Troubleshoot electrical problems & implement effective solutions to minimize downtime & ensure smooth operation.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, productivity & & safety in electrical operations.
∎ Develop & implement preventive plans to ensure optimal performance & extent lifespan of electrical equipment.
∎ Create & maintain documentation including technical drawings, specs & manuals.
∎ Train & mentoring junior electrical staff of the factory to enhance their skills & knowledge.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 31 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Timely mannered.
∎ Technically sound.
∎ Analytically skilled.

Salary:
∎ Salary as per structure of the Company. In case of highly potential deserved candidates salary may consider high.
