Job Context:
∎ Job Title : Region Torque-Turn Supervisor
∎ Location : Abu Dhabi,UAE
∎ Department : TRS
∎ Reporting To : TRS Operation Manager
∎ Main Objective of Role:
∎ Supervision and preparation, Maintenance, Repair and Calibration of Torque Turn equipment associated with Tubular Running Services as per Company IMS.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system which include active participation in workshop safety & tool box meetings, active participation and contribution to work shop specific safety initiatives report all hazards and unsafe acts and ensue third party compliance.
∎ Adhere to quality/ safety procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 quality system I Which includes ensure equipment is fit for purpose. Raise corrective actions for all non­ conformances and comply with work instructions .
∎ Identify areas requiring improvement/ training.
∎ Maintain/ repair/ overhaul /calibrate all Torque Turn related equipment.
∎ Document all maintenance/ repair and overhaul activities. Generate and implement an equipment maintenance schedule to cover all equipment.
∎ Generate work order for the regular inspections of all TRS related Torque Turn equipment, inspection reports, and work orders. MR'S maintenance check list etc.
∎ Generate MR'S for spare parts purchase as necessary. Inspect and document all incoming and outgoing inter-company parts when received and prior to shipment, maintain spare parts stocks inventory and records.
∎ Liaise with operations to priorities availability of equipment.
∎ Supervise all Torque Turn lab related activities and assigned personnel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Secondary School certification or past experience in a similar operation.
∎ Minimum 5 year relevant working experience.
∎ The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situation.
∎ Electronics, Electrical Technical Knowledge.
∎ Administrative Skills:
∎ Fluent in English-writing & speaking. Additional language is an additional skill.
∎ Fast learner, result oriented and independent with strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work both cooperatively and independently and set priorities in the context of operational impact.
∎ Good customer service skills are essential. Ability to work 24 hour on call schedule. Must be a team player, willingness to help.
∎ Ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures and priorities, or work environments.
∎ Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft software.
∎ HSEQ System Requirements:
∎ ITS operates an Integrated Management System (IMS) at all operational facilities to meet their business, legal and moral HSEQ obligations. All personnel are required to work in full compliance with the requirements set out in the ITS Group IMS, this will include as a minimum.
∎ Ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with company Quality, Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
∎ Not undertaking any task for which authorization and/or training has not been given.
∎ Ensuring the highest standard of workmanship produced is in accordance with the company expectations and as per customer, regulatory standards and specification.
∎ Promoting good health, safety and environmental practices throughout all company activities.
∎ Wearing the assigned Personal Protective Equipment required.
∎ Taking care to prevent harm to themselves, colleagues and others and the environment that may be caused by our acts or omissions.
∎ Keeping the work area neat, organized & free of trip and other hazards.
∎ Reporting hazards in plant, equipment and other work place, or short comings in the existing controls, to a superior without delay.
∎ Supporting continual improvement of the integrated management system by expressing better and safer ways to perform tasks and improve policies and procedures.
∎ Participate in HSEQ training required to meet minimum identified for position undertaken
∎ Attending Toolbox Talks, HSEQ meetings and trainings as and when required.
∎ HSEQ Authority:
∎ To report any unsafe behaviors to their immediate Supervisor or Safety representative. Where there may be conflict report directly to facility HSEQ Manager.
∎ Author ity on HSEQ grounds to stop operations or delivery of product on the existence of an immediate risk of harm to personnel or environmental pollution and damage to property.
