∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure achievement of monthly sales target in value/ volume.
∎ Monitor & supervise the entire sales territory.
∎ Monitor team activities/ performance & motivate team to reach the target.
∎ Ensure personal relationship (PR) with retailers/ distributors.
∎ Ensure product visibility in the market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-year(s) experience in Diaper or FMCG industries.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours
∎ Must be skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
