Job Context:
∎ Trizen Limited seeks a tender specialist to prepare international and national bid documents. The person will study online and offline tender requirements, maintain compliance and keep good documentation processes for various procurements of different government offices, especially energy, fertilizer, and health sectors.
∎ The tender specialist will ensure contract compliance for procurement and supplier contracts. He/She should have sound knowledge of CPTU procurement policy and procedure.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing tender opportunities from different authorities Like TCB, and BCIC. Preparing bid/tender documentation.
∎ Review all papers & relevant documents before tender submission.
∎ Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data.
∎ Acquire a thorough understanding of the rules of tendering.
∎ Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations as per tender requirements.
∎ Liaise with all other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
∎ Time management of the entire tender process.
∎ Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
∎ Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
∎ Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts
∎ Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts
∎ Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience preparing International and National government and non-government tenders, specially in energy, commodities, fertilizers, and health sectors.
