∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Computer skill, Project management software is a plus
∎ Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: will be a plus if any Project Management Certifications

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Cordination

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Supervises the tenders process from the pre-qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out.
∎ 2. Collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.
∎ 3. Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
∎ 4. Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tendering.
∎ 5. Prepares reports and presentations for market analysis and business.
∎ 6. Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
∎ 7. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
∎ 8. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
∎ 9. Oversee project procurement management
∎ 10. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
∎ 11. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
∎ 12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
∎ 13. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
